GERMANICVS CAESAR Germanicus, bare-headed and draped, standing right in chariot, holding eagle-tipped scepter in his right hand and reins with his in left, driving triumphal quadriga to right; chariot ornamented with depiction of Victory and of laurel wreath. Rev. SIGNIS RECEPT / DEVICTIS GERM / S - C Germanicus, bare-headed, wearing cuirass, short tunica and cloak over his left arm, standing front, head to left, his right leg bent at knee and drawn back behind his left, raising his right hand in gesture of command and holding aquila with his left.
